April Bowlby, an American model and actress. Her most well-known role is that of Kandi on the CBS comedy series Two and a Half Men Stacy Barrett on Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr on Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby is an American actor best known for playing Stacy Barrett in the American television show of the same name, which is a legal comedy and fantasy. Drop Dead Diva and Kandi on the sitcom Two and a Half Men. Her career began with modeling and moved on to films and TV shows. As an extra, she made her small-screen debut in the show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. After a few years her breakout part as Kandi was on Two and a Half Men. Bowlby's performance on screen as Stacy Barrett on the series Drop Dead Diva earned her recognition around the world. She played the character of Rita Farr/Elastigirl who was a regular in the American series Titans. The character will return in the spin-off to The Doom Patrol television series. Bowlby has also appeared in TV films Sands of Oblivion & The Wrong Daughter. Her big screen debut was in All Roads Lead Home. She then appeared in films such as The Slammin Salmon, and From Prada To Nada. Bowlby, who was raised within Manteca (California) and attended East Union High School. Following her studies in ballet and French in Moorpark College, Bowlby decided to go into acting. She studied drama alongside Ivana Chubbuck. She got the role of a leading television show (Kandi from Two and a Half Men) in the months following her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby was a part of a variety of TV series including CSI as Kaitlin Rackish in 2004 CSI: NY with Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005, Stacked in 2005 as Jasmine in 2005 as well as How I Met Your Mother as Meg in 2007. Bowlby is currently playing the role of Natasha (a 12 year-old girl) in the film All Roads Lead Home. The film centers around an accident that causes her to lose her mother. Bowlby stars as Mia In The Slammin Salmon, a comedy film due for release in 2008. She lives in Los Angeles. The blonde is natural and red with blue-green eyes. The couple isn't married and she has no kids.
