Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently one of the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015 was a continuation of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009 she was awarded four additional fitness awards. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competition to finish her college degree. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won sixth place in The Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more proud of her placing. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against top of the line athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using machines, as well as bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Supersetting all of the exercises back into three to four 10- 12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
