Sorority Row is a movie released on September 11, 2009 was shot from October to January 2009. In August of 2008 Patridge was cast as Megan. Patridge was featured on Carl's Jr. advertisements from 2010 to 2012. Patridge denied reports that she'd be in the role that was modeled after her Hills with co-star Lauren Conrad, in the movie remake of L.A. Candy based upon Conrad's novel.
